SIZING & FIT
How do I find my size?
We have a detailed size guide on each product page — and if you're unsure, just reach out to us directly at Hello@nuceloom.com and we'll help you find the perfect fit before you order.
Can I get a custom size?
Yes — since every piece is made to order, we can accommodate custom sizing. Simply contact us before placing your order and we'll guide you through the measurements we need.
What if the size doesn't fit?
We offer size exchanges subject to availability — please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with the item unused and all tags intact, and we'll do our best to make it right.
ORDERS & PRODUCTION
How long will it take to receive my order?
Every piece is handcrafted after you place your order, so please allow 12–14 business days for production, plus 3–7 days for domestic delivery and 7–14 days for international delivery.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Made-to-order and wedding collection pieces can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order — after that, production begins and we're unable to accommodate cancellations or modifications.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation with your tracking details via email or WhatsApp so you can follow it every step of the way.
PRODUCT
Are your pieces truly handcrafted?
Yes — every Nuce Loom piece is handmade in our own atelier in New Delhi, in collaboration with artisans who carry generations of craft knowledge.
Will the colour look exactly as shown in the photos?
We photograph our pieces in natural light to show colours as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting — slight differences in shade or texture are a natural part of handcrafted pieces and add to their character.
Can I request a custom colour or fabric?
We don't offer fully custom designs at this time, but if you have a specific requirement, reach out to us at Hello@nuceloom.com and we'll let you know what's possible for the current collection.
PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets at checkout — payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Do you accept international cards?
Yes — we accept international credit and debit cards. All international transactions go through a secure OTP verification process for your safety.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Absolutely — all payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway, and your card details are never stored on our servers.
GIFTING
Can I send an order as a gift to someone else's address?
Yes — simply enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout and we'll deliver directly to them.
Do you offer gift packaging?
All Nuce Loom pieces are packaged with care — if you'd like to add a personalised note, mention it at checkout or reach out to us and we'll include it with the order.
CARE
How do I care for my garment?
We recommend dry cleaning for silk and heavily embroidered pieces — for other fabrics, gentle hand washing in cold water with mild detergent is ideal. Avoid direct sunlight when drying to preserve the colour and fabric quality.
