Return & Exchange Policy

At Nuce Loom, every piece is crafted with love, care, and detailed craftsmanship. We want you to feel truly happy with your purchase, and in the rare case something isn’t right, we’re here to support you with a simple and warm process.


1. When Can I Request a Return or Exchange?

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective, or

  • You receive the wrong item, size, or color

To help us resolve it smoothly, we request:

  • A full unboxing video from the moment the package is opened

  • Clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a free reverse pickup and send a replacement or issue a refund.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Due to the handcrafted and limited-edition nature of our pieces, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Made-to-order & pre-order styles

  • Wedding & festive collection pieces

  • Custom-sized, altered, or personalized products

  • Products purchased during sales, offers, or with discount codes

  • Items used, tried on, stained, perfumed, or damaged after delivery

  • Accessories and final-sale products

3. Size Exchange

If the size doesn’t fit right, we’re here to help — subject to stock availability.

Eligibility:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact

We’ll ensure the exchange experience is smooth and supportive.


4. How to Raise a Request

Please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order for any return or exchange assistance.

Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted due to our limited-inventory production model.


5. Refunds

Refunds are offered only when:

  • A product is damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was sent

  • A replacement is not available

Refund details:

  • Processed to your original payment method

  • Takes 5–7 working days after QC approval

  • COD refunds are issued as store credit unless bank details are provided

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Pre-orders, made-to-order items, and wedding collection pieces cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

  • Ready-stock orders can be cancelled within 12 hours, if not shipped.


7. Product Condition Requirements

To ensure approval, the returned item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original condition with tags intact

  • Free from stains, perfume, or wear

  • Supported by a valid unboxing video

If the product fails QC, it will be returned to the customer.


8. Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse pickup is available in select locations.

  • If not serviceable, customers can self-ship to our warehouse.

  • Please use a reliable, trackable courier service.


9. Color & Fabric Disclaimer

Our pieces are handcrafted, and minor variations in color, texture, or embroidery add to their charm. Differences due to lighting or screen settings are normal and not considered defects.


10. Brand Promise

We aim to make your experience warm, honest, and easy. While we reserve the right to approve or decline requests based on our policy, we always try our best to support and guide you with fairness and care.
